Yarn Testing & Wine Tasting!
Sept 17th, 5-8 pm, $20
Sample delicious hors d'oeuvres and wines while knitting with samples of the season's best new yarns! Join us for this splendid tradition! Space is limited; please sign up early. Deadline: Sept. 13 Call 585-8335.

In addition to refreshments, door-prizes, special sales, and the chance to win a $100 shopping spree, this day will afford the opportunity to chat with Shona Smith, The Yarn Shop's founder, as she will be visiting from Australia. Also, on display will be a collaborative show of recycled fiber art pieces by Shona and other artists. (note: Please let us know if you work with recycled/repurposed materials and would like to be a part of this show. That's where the collaborative part comes in! Call Barb at 585-8335)

Mini Knit Bozeman: a new, collaborative art project that will combine your love of miniatures, old buildings, folksy scenes, and knitting! This is Barb's latest inspiration, so crazy that it might be genius! Let's gather on Wed. eve., Sept. 29, at 7:00, to plan how we'll create the project and have it ready for display at the Christmas Stroll. Dream big! (Or in this case, small.)

We just learned that Joanne Hall will be teaching a woven transparency workshop the second weekend of November!!! This workshop is for those with some weaving experience and promises to be super fun! Mark the dates, Nov. 13 or 14 and watch for more info to come...
